You find out that an architect (or someone outside of the team) is having one of the team members work on something that wasn’t planned in the sprint, how would you handle the situation?

I will Educate the scrum team member not to accept the work from anybody except product backlog and take the architect out for coffee along with the product owner to check feasibility if his items can be added to the product backlog
